Shipping & Returns

All shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated by the Shopping Cart, as follows:

• Shipping and Handling is FREE on all orders $100 or more (U.S. residents only)!
• A flat $7.95 shipping and handling fee will be charged for all orders up to $99.99.

All orders are shipped via Priority Postal Service one business day after receipt of order, and should take no more than 5 to 7 business days after shipping to arrive to U.S. addresses. Orders outside the U.S. are shipped via International Priority Postal Service, and typically take 7 to 10 business days after shipping. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur in Customs.

Note: All orders received on a Friday will ship on Monday, which is the next business day.

Canadian Orders:  All orders will be shipped via International Priority Mail, which is significantly more expensive than Parcel Post. It is far more reliable and much quicker (i.e., 7 to 10 business days as opposed to two to six weeks).  The shopping cart will automatically add $24.95 shipping for Canadian orders.

Foreign Orders: All orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be shipped via International Priority Mail, which is significantly more expensive than Parcel Post. It is far more reliable and much quicker (i.e., 7 to 10 business days as opposed to two to six weeks). The Shopping Cart automatically adds $34.95 shipping for foreign orders. Sorry, no exceptions.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you must return a nutritional supplement you’ve purchased from KISMET Nutrients, you will receive a full and prompt 100% refund (minus s&h) within 60 days of purchase. We cannot refund on opened or damaged bottles, as they cannot be resold.

Before returning any product to KISMET Nutrients, please call the customer service department at 1-888-528-0559 for a Return Authorization Number. This is your assurance of receiving your 100% refund promptly, after your returned items have been received and processed at KISMET Nutrients.
